  1. Note: some of the figures for this paper are very large, because they
  2. contain geographical plots.  Because of this, it takes 10-20 minutes to
  3. print each map, and alot of memory in the printer.  Because of this, it
  4. was not feasible to include the pictures directly in the overall paper
  5. document (using "psfig").
  6.  
  7. Therefore, there are 3 options for viewing this paper:
  8.         1. Print the paper and the figures yourself.  The maps other than
  9.            the international map should be photo-reduced to 77% to fit in
  10.            the paper.
  11.         2. Print just the paper.
  12.         3. Send mail to Mike Schwartz, asking him for a hard copy of the
  13.            paper.
